How the programs work: We understand how stressful it can be finding new ideas to keep the children at your school entertained for the different types of events that are held at your school each year. That is why Bobby's Bouncers has developed several affordable carnival packages to accommodate all your entertainment needs as well as fitting it into your schools budget!. Some of the following packages also have several different options for your school to raise money from these events. Some of the options include but are not limited to, carnival prizes for the games, carnival food supplies for the machines, arm bracelets to be sold for your event, tickets to sell for carnival games, and gift certificates to be raffled off. You may buy additional supplies if needed for your event, the prices for the additional supplies will be in this packet. We also included in this packet the break down for potential profits your school can earn by having one of Bobby’s Bouncers carnival packages at your next event. Normal price $2670.00 your price $2300.00 Savings of $370.00 Break down for potential profits The way you can profit from your event is simple! You can charge each individual child a 1 time fee say $5-$10 for a bracelet which will give them unlimited time to bounce on the Inflatables. Another way you can make money is by selling tickets for the carnival games. You can charge $0.25, $0.50 or $0.75 for each play of the game. Some games are easier than others so you would want to save the bigger prizes for the harder games, and smaller prizes for the easier games, or give tickets for each win and have a little redemption area set up so kids can pick their prizes. Another big profit maker is selling individual carnival food servings, you can get at least $1.00 per serving for snow cone and popcorn and $2.00 per serving for cotton candy. We sell additional servings for the machines for $15.00 each and you can make between $50.00-130.00 for each serving purchased. We also sell gift certificates for free moonwalk rentals that can be purchased at a discounted price. You can sell raffle tickets for the gift certificate and make 3x’s the amount you payed for it! Another way to make profits is charging a fee to play 9 holes of putt-putt, you have a continuous flow of people going threw the course.

Not all packages have the above Items listed; Packages can be altered to fit your needs. These packages are based off of many of our previous events that we have done over the years. If you would like to alter any package feel free to call one of our customer service agents and they can help you put together the perfect package! Package specials must be on a weekday Monday-Thursday to take advantage of our discounted prices. Customer is to supply power for the units or generators can be rented for an additional charge. Prices include delivery if location is within 10 miles from Bobby’s Bouncers Party Rental facility located in Wayne MI. Delivery charges apply out side of that area.
